Can I take the home-based CSCA test on macOS?

No. The current CSCA home-based test notice does not support macOS. Use a physical Windows computer that meets the stated hardware and software requirements.

What devices are needed for a home-based CSCA test?

Use a compliant physical Windows computer as the primary device and a second device for rear-side room monitoring. The current CSCA notice also requires a single physical monitor.

What network speed does the home-based CSCA test require?

The current CSCA home-based test notice requires at least 20 Mbps upload bandwidth and 20 Mbps download bandwidth, with a sustained speed of at least 500 KB/s.

When are CSCA scores released?

CSCA states that home-based online and onsite computer-based test results are released within seven working days after the test. Paper-based test results are released within 14 working days.

Does CSCA have official commercial training or real-question books?
