China Scholarship Council (国家留学基金管理委员会)

The Chinese government agency responsible for managing scholarship programs for international students. CSC organizes the CSCA exam and administers the Chinese Government Scholarship (CGS). A wholly-owned subsidiary, Dongfang International Center for Educational Exchange, handles day-to-day CSCA operations.
