Invigilator

An invigilator is an exam proctor or supervisor who monitors test-takers during CSCA examinations to ensure exam integrity and compliance with testing regulations. Invigilators are required for both onsite and home-based testing formats.

During onsite testing at test centers, invigilators physically monitor the examination room, verify candidate identity, distribute materials, and observe candidates for any irregular behavior. For home-based online testing, remote invigilators use webcam and screen-sharing technology to supervise candidates in real time.

Invigilators are responsible for enforcing time limits, addressing candidate questions about procedures (without providing academic assistance), and documenting any incidents that may affect exam validity. They are trained by Dongfang International or partner institutions to maintain consistent standards across all testing environments.
